Hel (ヘル) is the Norse goddess of the dead and the daughter of Loki.
Appearance[]
Hel is a petite young girl with long light silver hair which goes past her waist and sharp jade colored eyes. She wears a long black scarf on her head with two black horns sticking out and a long black dress with red ornaments. Hel also wears a black eye-patch on her right eye which is red.
Personality[]
Hel is very quiet, she usually speaks when the situation requires her to. She also has a father complex and wants him to honestly acknowledge her. Whenever something doesn't go the way Hel wants or someone teases her, she usually acts like an upset child. Hel hates almost everyone because she believes they're all looking down on her and bullying her. Ikōsai Aisu is the only person that Hel honestly considers her friend. She even went as far as breaking her out of prison so they could make their comeback, despite her own weakened state.

Plot[]
Volume 6[]
When it was learned that Hayashizaki Kazuki had infiltrated Ise Grand Shrine Kaya led a group of Illegal Magicians to attack his group. As Kaya took on Kazuki the others faced the strongest contractors of Japanese Mythology Tsukahara Kazuha, Ikōsai Aisu and Kamimura Itsuki. In the end Loki was satisfied after gauging Kazuki's current strength and ordered them to withdraw.
Since it became an international conflict when China chose to intervene directly, things would soon get more complicated. The other Magically Advanced Countries would soon step in and force a cease fire. They would then investigate the matter and make a judgment of which government was the legitimate ruling body of Japan. There was no way to be sure what criteria they would use. If there was a divided opinion it could become a stalemate until either Kazuki or Aisu won the battle and became Japan’s official King, which is just the kind of chaos Loki was after.

As the goddess of death Hel can easily control and enslave spirits and undead.

Level ?: Furi Kinderbell: In drips, black magic power like sticky and muddy mucus that flows down from Hel’s whole body. It completely covers the ground in a wide area before the magic power seeps into the ground, and summons the deceased for Hel to control.
Level ?: Grim Reaper: Summons a huge scythe.
Level ?: Helheim Drive: An ability that has the power to erase spirits.
Level ?: Nifl Driva: Summons a giant blizzard to attack enemies.
Level?: Naglfar: The trump card of Hel. She summons a giant jet black ship, it can shoot vortexes without pause.
